Now Available: Final Agenda for December 5 State Board of Health Special Meeting

The final agenda is now available for the State Board of Health’s special public meeting on Friday, December 5, 2025. We will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Meeting materials are available on the meeting webpage.

This will be a hybrid special meeting of the Board held online through Zoom and in person at the Washington State Department of Health in Tumwater. Most Board Members and staff will attend online with limited in-person participation. The public is welcome to join either online or in person.

Due to the special meeting schedule, the written public comment deadline is earlier than the Board's usual Friday deadline. The Board will accept written comments specific to the rule petitions for the special meeting until Noon on Tuesday, December 2.

We encourage you to submit your written public comments to the Board and ask that they be limited to the topics covered by this special meeting.
To help ensure Board Members have an opportunity to read and consider your comments before the special meeting, please email us your comments by Noon on Tuesday, December 2.
Board Members will receive written comments submitted after the deadline; however, they may not have the capacity to read or review late comments in advance of the special meeting.
Written public comments received by the Noon deadline will be posted to the meeting material’s webpage on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
Comments received after 5:00 p.m. on the day of a Board meeting will be part of the next Board meeting materials.
Comments received that are not specific to the special meeting agenda topics will be part of the next Board meeting materials.
