State Board of Health Adopts Emergency Rule Designating COVID-19 as a Notifiable Condition

The State Board of Health adopted an emergency rule today to designate COVID-19 as a notifiable condition and require health care providers, health care facilities, laboratories, and local health departments to report race, ethnicity, and other essential data for COVID-19.
