To access the materials, please follow these directions: On your PC go to the Windows File Explorer Folder (not Internet Explorer). MAC users go to Finder. On the left-hand side, select ‘This PC'. Cut and paste ftp://ftp.doh.wa.gov/Public/PRD/SBOH/ into the Windows File Explorer Folder bar located at the top of your computer. Press 'Enter'. There are (3) zip folders located inside the FTP folder with the Report Appendices. Right-click the zip folders and save locally to your computer or desktop. Please Note: The FTP uses limited technology and the site cannot be accessed through an internet browser or a mobile device. We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to the volume of documents and size of the files, the appendices were too large to load to our website.
